My Home
I have made my home here at via Lugano will be 10 years in May. It is the quietest place I've ever lived In Florida I've ... been in Florida now over 20 years. I love this location because it's very close to very popular shops we have sprouts across the street we have the dollar store we have UPS we have kikis we have really great Italian restaurant we have Starbucks we have a great Dominic's Pizza down the street as well and target and the bank in walking distance to name very few in Publix. It's close to the highway It's close to the firehouse right on the line of that he never lose your electricity we've been great through the hurricanes police stations nearby. the Apartments themselves. They have been upgraded the outside of it looks beautiful with the turquoise colors it's always been maintained in a matter of time over the years there are people that do come in and don't follow the rules and that's how things get messed up it's not the property's fault they do the best that they can to clean up after the masses that most of the people do leave there are rules here. they maintain it they're very responsive to your needs they the maintenance is very responsive and very respectful. But there are you know this there are people who do come in here and just think they can mess it up and you should be respect where you live so for all this time that I lived here I truly respect where I live and follow the rules and it makes everybody's life easier to be a better neighbor for anyone that you live next to or in the same building I would want to be a good neighbor to someone but that's where it starts. I have lived in this community for a while and, in general, the place is quiet and well maintained, so I have no complaints ... in that regard. However, since the first day I have had a serious problem with the air conditioning system in my apartment. Despite being a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment, electricity consumption is excessively high: paying about $290 a month is unsustainable. I have communicated my dissatisfaction on several occasions to the entire team, but I have not received an encouraging response or a definitive solution to the problem. I consider it important that future tenants know that this inconvenience can affect not only those who currently live here, but also those who arrive later. I hope that the administration will take prompt measures to review and correct the system, since otherwise the situation will continue to generate discontent. Via Lugano has been my home for 6 years! We love it here! The staff are all amazing. My questions are always answered the ... same day. Overall it is a beautiful safe place to call home. The only negative would be the trash situation, but that comes down to the residents that live here not knowing how to put their trash in the compacter and closing it properly. I would suggest adding another trash compactor to the back of the community to help prevent trash over flow! Other than that I am proud to call Via Lugano my home! I have lived in this community since September 2022. I love where I live, my neighbors, the office staff and the maintenance ... staff. This is the first community I’ve lived in that I enjoy every part of this community. I recently needed temporary modified adjustments to my apartment for a broken knee. While I was in rehab they prepared my home for my return just as requested and did a follow up to make sure the request was completed to my liking.
